Ok, everyone! It's time to reveal the cover of the Inaugural Issue of Micromance Magazine (PDF)…. Drum roll please!

I've been working on this cover since I put out the first sub call on June 1. I wanted it to be perfect! Or as perfect as it can be.

The PDF should be available by mid August. I've never created one before and, again, I want it to be just right. So, please be patient with me as I work through the formatting and magazine design. It is just little ol’ me doing this…

All designs are my original creations, and profits from the sale of merchandise is for the continued operation and growth of Micromance Magazine. Future plans are for contests with cash prizes, honorariums for contributors, etc, but I can't do that out of pocket… I love graphic design, so why not turn one love and passion into something that can fund another passion - my editorial/writing fever… 😊…

to everyone who has been a part of this Inaugural Issue … we had 49 individual submitters and without them there'd be no first issue… and thanks for the support and kind words from the 38 contributors - I've loved some of the emails and messages I've received telling me how proud you are to be a part of this… and thanks to a couple of friends who have helped behind the scenes - my best friend since high school and a romance writer, H. N. Roberts, for her offer to help promote the magazine among her literary circle, and Ash Douglas - writer, poet, podcaster/blogger (earthtoash.com) and my precious, precious friend - for being my sounding board, giving his feedback on my designs and ideas, and for his continued (and much appreciated) encouragement…

I couldn't do this without any of you… and I can't keep doing it without you, either… so keep submitting, keep reading the newsletters, support all the writers who will be featured, and, please, spread the word of Micromance Magazine…
