Categories:

• Sweet Nothings: 100 words stories…exactly 100 words, not including title. Stories must be stories, not prose poetry. Think of it as capturing a small moment in time with a start, middle and ending.

• Quickies: Flash fiction 101-500 words

• Short & Sweet: Flash fiction 500-1200 words

• Poetry: Any length. No special formatting allowed - left justified only. ONE poem only submitted at a time

• Women's Fiction Wednesday: Stories (100-1200 words) or poetry that aren't quite love stories or romance, but still regard matters of the heart - divorcee re-entering the dating scene, a married woman in a rut in life is made to feel better about herself from the kindness of a handsome stranger, girlfriends bonding over heartache, etc… for an example, a personal favorite from the WFW stories I've published:

Train From Penarth by Andy N.

Women's Fiction Wednesday will run every Wednesday each month beginning in October. Spots are limited. PLEASE PUT WOMEN'S FICTION IN YOUR SUBJECT LINE
