You're not thick... I'm backwards.... CNF - creative non fiction... 🫣

Thank you for clarification. Okey-dokey, I know what you mean now, I think! After reading what you said I reviewed my work....seems like I mostly work in 1st person, so perhaps I'm not such a good fit for KissMet after all 🫢 !

Lol... I'm not opposed to first person (and didn't specify 3rd POV only, so can't hold that against anyone), and yours is written as fiction... If you read a couple of the subs I've gotten, you'd understand... I'll try to find or write small examples I can share so people better understand what I mean for future reference.... I'm opening subs to a holiday anthology and am fixing guidelines to be 3rd pov only...

So sorry, I didn't mean for you to have to do more work, just wanted to be clear for myself! Got real issues with 3rd pov - certainly for me! The dragon stories plus one other fantasy story seem to be the only 3rd pov I've ever written...perhaps it is because it's fantasy that makes me naturally opt for 3rd? I might try to experiment a little, but I'm not sure it'll ever be my jam!

No extra work .. you brought it to my attention that maybe others won't know what I mean, either - and that's okay... I need to explain stuff better sometimes, and examples are the best way... And some people write better in certain ways... I can't write first person that well, preferring 3rd person... And I prefer 3rd person limited, which is just seeing the story from one character's pov... For me, that works best with flash fiction.... But that's me... We're all different... And you're an amazing writer, whatever pov you use! 😁

Aww, fanku!!! As are you ... and it is absolutely fabulous that we are all different - I love reading work that I could never hope to emulate, simply because my style is so different. Diversity is ALWAYS a positive thing imo
