G. Lynn Brown, Editor-In-Chief; Founder

G. Lynn Brown is a 2x Pushcart Prize nominee, a Spillwords Press author of the month nominee, a Spillwords Press Socialite of the Year (‘25), and has had multiple stories and poems nominated for Spillwords Publication of the Month, including her flash fiction piece, Hangry, also nominated for Non-Poetic Publication of the Year.

G. Lynn has had over a hundred pieces of drabble, flash and poetry published in a variety of journals, online and in print, including Spillwords Press, Dear Booze, Prosetrics, The Dribble Drabble Review, The Fib Review, Raw Lit, Urban Pigs, Friday Flash Fiction, 101 Words, Flash Fiction Magazine, Bunker Squirrel and others. Her work has also appeared in several print anthologies by Literary Revelations, Written Tales, The Dribble Drabble Review, Wicked Shadows, The World of Myth, Epistemic Lit, Vine Leaves Press 50 Give or Take, and others. In 2024, she released her debut book, Legal Briefs - a short collection of flash fiction romance/women's fiction that features attorneys as the love interest (or heartache).

G. Lynn has had a passion for writing since she was a “tween” and seriously began writing poetry and romance short stories in her twenties. She's been actively submitting work since 2023 and, when she found it difficult to place her flash fiction romance and saw a lean toward genre-romance prejudice in the indie literary community, she decided to open her own lit mag - a platform for those, like herself, passionate about short romance. And so, in June of 2024, Micromance Magazine was born and has been extremely well received by readers and writers alike.

Originally from New Jersey, G. Lynn currently lives in middle Tennessee.
